Food for thought

hello. 
its been almost entirely a week since i came back to Singapore and i feel like updating what i have been doing so far. lol. i think no one really cares but i feel like people have been asking me on what i have been doing. 

firstly, i do meet up with friends and with that aside, i have been reading books. i have already completed two books which i am rather proud of myself. the first book which i have read is the 'fantastic beasts and where to find them', its literally just a magical textbook for wizards and witches in the wizarding world. XD anw, i have decided that it is considered to be a book just for additional knowledge for hard core hp fans like me. haha. the other book is called 'the girl with all the gifts'. so i read this book without expecting what it was going to be. my sis bought this and she highly recommended me this book so i was like alright, lets give it a read. 

who knows its going to be about the earth apocalypse. lol. and one of the few things i really cannot bear to watch is zombie movies. especially those when like the earth is thoroughly infected by some sort of virus which ended up with people turning into zombies and eating other people alive because they do not have a choice. so theres always this group of people who are the main characters and they have to run away from them etc etc. i would say its not a typical zombie apocalypse movie but its a rather good read for people like me. timid reader. LOL. i also heard that it was made into a movie but the ratings arent so good? idk. either ways i doubt i would watch it. but judging from the read, i feel like its somewhat similar to the maze runner. not in the running way and stuff but the situation of the earth and how the story ended. i would say im not very please with the way it ends because im a more optimistic person and i always do prefer a happy ending. lol. 

the reason why i have decided to spend more time reading is because i feel like ever since i have entered uni, i dont really have the chance to read unless its the holidays. and the first two years i kinda dedicated my holidays to kudt so even if i have time, i would prefer to watch my kdramas and variety shows. and most of the time during school semester, i would already be reading my readings and notes so i wouldnt want to read anymore. haha.

another contributing factor is that i am preparing to make my new website which would most probably contain my official writings. lol. so shy in announcing this but im building a new portfolio website under the blogger interface. im still decorating and playing with the coding and stuff. blogger has changed so much! i was really surprised by how easy and convenient it is these days to just make a website. i remembered when i was still in crescent, i would spend a lot of my time playing with html codes and making my own graphic tools while trying to find a host to host my website. lol. those were the days. XD so, i feel like reading more would also kinda improve my writing skills? lol. i have no idea if it still works that way. 

recently after meeting up with quite a few of my friends, i feel like everyone has either already found a job or is seeking for a job. well, i think i will also fall into the latter soon and so im also planning on making my cv and resume letter. haha. adulting... sigh. to think about the fact that i dont have much to put in my resume makes me feel really sad. TT i should try and find more stuff to do. any recommendations? pls contact me lol.
