hello.
its 5th of jan and its been 5 days into the new year of 2014. so up till now i still havent gotten any feeling of the new year but anyway first chapel service of 2014! ^^ haha once again when my alarm rang this morning i was having an internal war whether i should just continue to snuggle up in my bed or go to the church which takes 40mins bus ride to reach.

and so im glad i went for the first sunday service of the year and just so nice i happened to sit beside eriko today! eriko is from japan and shes gonna be a transfer student in ku as well! so most probably gonna bump into her quite often in ku haha. but shes gonna be a year 3 in.. international affairs i think. i cant remember ppl's major for some reason ==

anw for some reason its like ppl are just so nice in church. LOL. they say hi to you and they ask how's yr day and its just like really nice. yup. and theres stephanie who's always smiling at you and then she's like more towards the emotional side which explains why she always cries near the end of the service. such a nice person ive met. and because she's from taiwan theres more connection with her. thanks for the blessing today as well! ^^ pastor yoon is just as awesome as ever~ ^^

recently i watched the movie 'secretly, greatly' ft kim soohyun and lee hyun woo. its abt spies of nkorea coming into seoul and stuff like that. and after watching the movie, it made me realise how blessed i am everyday to be alive, be to living the way i want, in comfort and more. im not sure if the movie featured how it really is in nkorea but im pretty sure that i am in a better living condition then the ppl out there. i dont need to fret for food, starve and ppl like us living in a developed country tend to complain abt even more things. it just made me realise we are really blessed people.

i sent yuna the link to watch the movie and when i went to her house for our weekly lunch making, i watched with her the last bit of the movie. she told that she felt that recently she has been really happy and she felt really blessed to be living in a normal country, pursuing the things she wishes to do. i think thats what we should do. to do the things you want to do and not regretting it. we compared the ppl in both of our home countries, the ppl around us asking us why do u want to go to somewhere else when you actually can do it back home. idk. for some reason its just sth we cant do it back there and so we get out of it. kind of like a breakfree? its not that i hate it or anything but i just got sick of it. and so i added sth like ppl like us get out of it and god knows where we got the courage from, we just literally begin the life we want to do, chasing after our dreams. and so when ppl like us meet, we feel even a more sense of belonging? haha. its true though. i only got to know yuna more closely ever since we went to the han river with juyeong back in late sep? and i must say we click super fast. XD

and sad to say that shes gonna go back to japan as soon as level 6 ends and its just back to me again. im really grateful for her presence in this period of time. awesome. oh yea. and ksl is finally really coming back soon! ^^ hopefully everything will turn out well for him when he returns and through which maybe for the first time in my life i may have a friend whos going to debut as a kpop idol. haha.

seems like 2014 is a great start for a lot of ppl and i believe its gonna be the same for me as well ^^
