hello.
late night thoughts.

i started dancing since 2006 through crescent chinese and modern dance society. the movie 'step up' pushed me even more to keep dancing.

only until 2009 when i realised how much i really wanted to dance.

in 2010 i entered ac dance and that was when i learned skills.

graduating from ac, i went to korea. doing more kpop than usual. and then at 2013 i began attending def dance skool where i learned hiphop and girls hiphop. i stopped after about 6 months because suddenly my health just dropped.

i continued my dance journey in 2014 as i entered ku and made it to kudt. that was when i knew the differences btw street dancing, jamming and broadcasting dancing. since then i really started doing hiphop and realised that it was really not easy to master it. i enjoyed it and i want to continue doing it.

i started attending beatmix studio about a mth ago and it was really fun but stressful at the same time. most of them were arts high sch students who are like far way more skillful and better than me.

and just now because yeonjae sunbae taught us this choreography for this video of his, i realised that i sucked at doing urban hiphop. i do not have strength and i truly lack the swag/groove. looking at 세웅and 동규 just made me realise that they are naturals. they have the talent and aptitude to dance.

im the kind who works hard to achieve what i want. aptitude and talent? not so much.

i have a freaking upcoming audition this sunday and i truly wanna get into the union special edition rihey's performance school.

Dancing is what i like to do. and i want to continue doing it. To some people dancing is a sport, a way to express themselves but to others, it is LIFE.

I love Crescent and im and old girl of ACJC. I love AC Dance Society and my class. I love my og kids and i definitely love my own OGLS. MIZU AND ZURG!

I'm now living in Seoul, a student of Korea Uni Media Dept. I am also on here to fulfill the promise I have for myself. 17th Hip Hop of KUDT. KOREA UNIV DANCE TEAM.
